Customer Experience & Renewals Specialist , you’ll play a key part within Riverside Wakefield working with a premium brand which has never been more popular. You’ll be set up and supported with the resources, tools and experience you need to be at your best. Hard work and commitment go a long way here. If you have the attitude and drive, the doors are open. At Riverside, our Renewals Specialists are responsible for maximising our renewals and enhancing customer retention. Utilising key software and Riverside's dealer management system, you’ll identify renewal opportunities, build customer relationships, and create a fantastic experience all the way through with our customers. If you’re looking for a role that’s a blend of being fast-paced and challenging, with a culture that enables you to be yourself and enjoy the ride, you’ll feel right at home: You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with: Champion the point of sale being the point of resale by integrating this concept into the sales process, ensuring smooth transition for initial purchase to renewal. Uncover renewal opportunities by leveraging our software tools to identify end-of-term and early renewal prospects. Strategize appointment-setting, ensuring every opportunity is maximised. Actively contact identified prospects, inviting them to the dealership showroom where you will give them a personalised renewal proposition experience. Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities including the number of prospects identified, contacted, appointed, and successfully renewed. Continuously enhance your understanding of manufacturer developments to provide customers with informed, up-to-date advice. Do you have what it takes to be a Riverside Customer Experience / Renewal Specialist? We’re looking for someone who is: Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, with the ability to identify and understand customer requirements. A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers. Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable. Analytically driven and able to analyse data to draw conclusions and highlight any issues. Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
