We are seeking a dynamic
Retail Customer Experience Specialist
to join our
Penrith
site! As a Customer Experience Specialist at Bravoauto, you will serve as one of our main customer contact points throughout their journey. This is a rewarding role with plenty of room for growth. What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in a retail environment with face-to-face and online customer service. Sales experience is advantageous; we will train you on the rest! Ability to maintain high standards, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and displaying professionalism and integrity. Skill in building rapport and strong relationships with customers, as you will be executing test drives, delivery, handover, and post-purchase check-ins. A valid driver's license.
