Role: To deliver market-leading customer service in line with our Trademark Behaviors. Making sure the BDC's are communicating every stage of their enquiry, delivering the correct opportunities to the Com-Tech Team to allow the customer to receive the correct service levels, and carrying out robust 1-2-1's with their direct reports. All while ensuring the business is being fed with accurate data through our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to and managing customer enquiries. Communication:

Keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries and provide timely follow-ups to secure business. Enquiry Management:

Facilitate the smooth flow of enquiries throughout the business, coordinating with various departments to provide updates. CRM Maintenance:

Update our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and maintain a reliable Quotebank. Collaboration:

Work closely with Trading Floor Supervisors to effectively manage customer enquiries. Market Understanding:

Stay informed about market activity and pricing trends to provide relevant and competitive reports. Reporting:

Report back to their Line Manager on a monthly basis with a summary of activity. 1-1-1 Meetings:

Conduct robust 1-1-1 meetings on a monthly basis. Training Compliance:

Ensure mandatory training has been completed by the team. Training Sessions:

Provide training sessions and SOPs for the team. KPI Accountability:

Hold the BDC's accountable for delivering on the KPIs and Job Descriptions.

Person:

GCSEs in Math & English at Grade C or Equivalent. Previous experience managing a customer service or sales support team is essential for this role. Previous experience of CRM Software is essential. Previous experience in the Civils industry would be desirable. Experience in selling using features and benefits. Proven track record in delivering continuous improvement.
