The Customer Hire and Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all business between our Major Account customer and GAP Group is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage customer queries, liaise with GAP Group depots to meet customer requirements, and identify opportunities for sales growth. Responsibilities include managing invoice and credit queries, collating weekly KPI data, and producing performance reports when required. About You
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
Significant experience working within a customer service role, preferably within the Construction/Hire industry. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment whilst building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent administration skills with experience using MS Office packages and strong attention to detail. Driving licence is preferred but not essential. About Us
