An exciting contract opportunity with a leading retail brand based in London, looking for a talented Customer Insight Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to help shape customer strategies and contribute to the growth of a dynamic business. In this role, you'll analyse customer data and trends, collaborating with the CRM team and key business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Utilise SQL to analyse customer trends and past behaviours, with a strong focus on forecasting. Be an expert in storytelling, clearly communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders. Use Power BI for data visualisation (nice to have) to present findings. Develop and analyse a churn model (a key project for this year). Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance customer insight initiatives. What You'll Bring:
Strong SQL and forecasting skills, ideally from a retail background (preferred but not essential). Excellent storytelling ability, communicating insights clearly to non-technical teams. Experience with R and Python. A 12-month contract across the financial year. Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative retail environment. 1 day per week in the office, based in Strand, London.
