As a hiring company, we are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst who has experience with visualization tools, preferably Power BI. SQL experience is also desirable. You should possess an analytical mindset suitable for data storytelling and have strong communication skills to effectively convey your insights.
In the role of Customer Insight Analyst, you will perform analysis across customer behaviors and survey data. You’ll be responsible for providing insights to stakeholders that facilitate better decision-making. Additionally, you will create reports or dashboards to present your findings clearly and effectively.
