A typical day in this role includes: Analyse customer behaviour and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders Evaluate holistic customer journeys across various channels, including offline, app, email, push and web and provide suggestions for optimisations Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, by partnering with them to understand their goals and help achieve them Combine internal customer behaviour and transaction data with research data to help inform strategic decisions Maintain and improve existing reports and produce new reports as required Work with campaigns teams to support effective targeting and personalisation for customer communications including assessing performance vs control groups and run AB Tests Formulate hypotheses on customer behaviour and then prove or disprove them

What you'll need: 2 years experience of using SQL Providing actionable insight Customer & Voice of Customer analytics Effective time management and prioritisation skills Problem solving and decision making skills GA4 & web/app analytics knowledge
