THE CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST ROLE:
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be leading multiple projects from concept to completion. Flexibility is key as calls to clients based in the USA (Pacific Time Zone) are necessary.
CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
6+ years of relevant work experience.
3+ years of experience in Financial Services (Consumer Banking)
Adaptability – ensuring communication is clear and understood in both verbal and written formats.
Using PowerPoint to a professional and visually compelling standard.
