Customer Insights Executive | West Midlands (Hybrid) | Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Our client is a leading, fast-paced retail business based in the West Midlands. Known for its customer-centric approach, the company is now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Insights Executive to join its expanding team. This role is designed for someone passionate about understanding customer behavior and delivering actionable insights. Customer Insights Executive Responsibilities: Deliver Customer Insights: Use customer data to provide meaningful insights, enabling informed decision-making that enhances customer understanding and business performance. Monitor Market Trends: Analyse a wide range of data sources to uncover emerging patterns, identify potential risks, and spot new opportunities that drive action within the business. Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to the evaluation and direction of key strategic initiatives such as product category expansion, promotional activities, and pricing strategies. Engage with Stakeholders: Partner closely with the Customer and Market Insight Manager to guide Trading and Marketing teams on leveraging data insights effectively, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in. Integrate Insights into Category Planning: Incorporate customer behavior insights into category reviews and strategy development, particularly around pricing and product performance. Influence Marketing Strategies: Provide ongoing insights to the Marketing team, helping shape campaigns and customer communication based on data-driven findings. Lead Insight Projects: Manage and execute specific research or analytics projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality insights that drive key business decisions. Enhance Data Accessibility: Assist in the development of tools and systems to make insights readily available and easily interpretable across various teams. Communicate Findings: Present complex data in a clear, concise manner, translating it into actionable insights that resonate with stakeholders at all levels. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of multi-channel retail, FMCG category management processes, and external markets. Experience: Prior experience in a research business, FMCG, or retail environment. Proficient in handling multiple data sources (e.g., EPOS, panel data, pricing, web analytics) and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
