Are you an insights expert passionate about uncovering valuable customer data? Join our client's dynamic EMEA Digital Media Marketing team as a Customer Insights Specialist!
We’re searching for a skilled Customer Insights Specialist to spearhead customer research initiatives within our client's EMEA division. As part of this role, you will drive projects from conception to presentation, gathering and distilling insights to inform business strategies and engage key stakeholders.
Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Research Manager, you’ll partner with internal teams and external agencies to craft impactful research initiatives that deliver actionable insights to support digital media marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides that align with business priorities and deliver impactful results.
- Synthesize findings into compelling reports and presentations tailored for audiences, including business unit and regional marketing leaders.
- Combine primary market research with third-party data, customer analytics, and marketing performance to create holistic insights.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial research design to final analysis and recommendations.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a research or insights role, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Proven ability to manage research projects end-to-end, from brief design to in-depth reporting.
- Skilled in combining multiple data sources (research, analytics, and transactional data) to generate actionable insights.
- Strong analytical abilities to distil complex data into clear, relevant insights.
- Track record of success in working with technical and analytical teams.
- Fluency in German or French is highly desirable.
