A.C. Whyte and Co. Ltd are actively seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our Construction team and play a vital role within our growing business. The appointment of this role is pivotal in maintaining our trusted relationships with clients and residents. The successful candidate for this role will create and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, the construction management team, subcontractors, and team members while serving as the primary contact for residents. They will utilise their problem-solving skills to address and resolve queries and concerns efficiently. The ability to manage data, adhere to GDPR compliance, and coordinate with construction teams is a key contribution to this role and the smooth execution of projects. They will contribute significantly to project success, customer satisfaction, and the reinforcement of our commitment to outstanding service. Roles and Responsibilities: Attend meetings to understand specific requirements of our Clients and Customers. Communicate effectively between the Site Manager, Construction Team, and Customers to ensure the smooth completion of works. Identify customer concerns prior to the commencement of works, ensuring these are communicated to the construction team. Prioritise your workload, managing your time effectively to deliver a response to customer concerns. Build strong working relationships with all residents through ongoing engagement activity throughout the lifecycle of the project. Organise community events in the project area, coordinating with team members to prepare all necessary materials required. Manage the funding sign-up process, discussing benefits, project timelines, and ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with process. Be the ambassador of the customer journey, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds our customer expectations. Maintain up-to-date records of documentation, which will support the delivery of prompt, accurate, and relevant information through written and verbal correspondence. Ensure the timely delivery of competing priorities within deadlines with minimum supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of engaging with customers, clients, and contractors. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to take ownership of an issue and find solutions to complex challenges. Driven individual with strong leadership and influencing skills. Meticulous and organised. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively. Full UK Driving License is essential.
