Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile customers Create and manage a portfolio of customers to showcase product impact Plan and execute customer-led events and campaigns to strengthen engagement Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth About You An experienced customer-focused events led marketing professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. 3+ years' experience in a customer-focused marketing (and events) role Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strategic mindset Experience in managing multiple customer initiatives at any given time The Package Up to £55,000, depending on experience Hybrid working model, with office-based collaboration in Cambridge Comprehensive benefits, including health cover, life insurance, and pension contributions Seniority level
