As Customer Ops Exec you will be:
Responding to Customer enquiries over the phone, via chat and email
Delivering WOW to our customers with excellent customer service
Interacting with current and potential customers
Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
Always be looking for ways to go ‘above and beyond' to make customers happy
Managing all aspects of the loan, including onboarding new customers, collections and complaints

Our ideal Customer Ops Exec will have:
The very best written and verbal communication skills, you love to engage and people find you to be warm and friendly
2 plus years experience in a consumer friendly environment, in customer service or similar
Fantastic interpersonal skills, very good empathy and high EQ
Worked in a mobile app environment (with Zendesk experience as a bonus)
Experience within a startup environment
A growth mindset and positive attitude
Experience working in lending or consumer credit is a massive bonus!

£30K - £38K dependent on experience
This is a shift-based role. You will work a 40 hour week, and our opening hours are 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week, so you'll usually work 2 weekends a month, but some months it could be 3 weekends
