Outstanding research and analytical skills, with proven experience of market / competitor / customer research and analysis. Experience of proposition development and managing cross functional teams. Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills – ability to present, both virtually and in person, succinct content and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Insurance product and market knowledge; CII qualification a plus. The ability to proactively and autonomously deliver high quality work.
