We are currently seeking a Policy Processor – Property, to join our team in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire.

Tasks The key tasks of the Policy Processor – Property role at Allied Westminster include:

Customer Communication:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and postal correspondence to address their inquiries and provide clear information.

Administrative Duties:

Carry out administrative tasks associated with claims handling, renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments after completing the necessary training.

Liaison Activities:

Communicate effectively with insurers, RICS surveyors, and loss adjustors as part of the process.

Query Resolution:

Efficiently and accurately handle and respond to product queries from clients.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure comprehensive support is provided to Allied Westminster's valued customers in the Village Hall insurance sector.

Requirements The key requirements for the Policy Processor – Property role at Allied Westminster include:

Experience in Property-Related Insurance:

Essential background in underwriting, policy administration, or claims within the property insurance sector.

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally, with customers and team members.

Customer Service Experience:

Previous office-based, customer-focused experience is crucial.

IT Proficiency:

Competence in using IT systems for administrative tasks.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Organisational Skills:

Strong organisational capabilities to manage various tasks efficiently.

Customer Service Skills:

A strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
