We are now recruiting for a Customer Relations Executive to join us at our UK flagship office in Leyland. In this role you will be investigating and resolving issues customers encountered whilst on holiday. You’ll be looking into what happened, why it happened and making sure the issue doesn’t re-occur in the future. We need someone who can resolve issues effectively to ensure the customer is happy with the outcome and that they will book with us again, whilst adhering to ABTA guidelines and package travel regulations. Hours:

37.5 hours, 9am-5.30pm, 5 days over 7 To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills The ability to remain calm when having challenging conversations with customers A fair and consistent approach IT literate Good geographical knowledge Travel industry/CRS or GDS systems experience – desirable Highly organised with the ability to prioritise Excellent attention to detail A strong team player Accuracy with attention to detail Knowledge of package travel regulations and of governing bodies such as ABTA and IATA Our bright, modern office in Leyland is just 10 minutes from junctions 28 & 29 of the M6.
