Customer Relations Manager - Adult Social Care (Multi-site) Location: Spalding with regular travel across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and to Blackpool Salary: £35,000-40,000 plus bonus Glenholme is an award-winning healthcare provider established for over 30 years. We are recruiting a Customer Relations Manager to help us build the reputation of our Senior Living Homes and grow their occupancy particularly with private residents. Benefits of a Customer Relations Manager: 28 days annually including bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and up to 5 additional length of service bonus days Quarterly Awards to reward & recognize our amazing staff’s commitment and contribution Automatic entry into our Employee Assistance Programme offering: Personal and everyday advice on child support, financial advice, mental health, and health & wellbeing Pension, life assurance cover of £10,000 (subject to T&Cs) & cycle2work scheme Discounts on your favourite supermarkets, brands, restaurants & leisure and gyms As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for: Supporting our 6 senior living homes to grow their occupancy Developing strong sales, marketing & customer service strategies for each home Boosting our homes’ reputation for quality care within local communities Showcasing our homes’ best qualities to prospective residents and their families Strengthening our homes’ web presence Improving the enquiry management process, ensuring rapid response to prospects & excellent customer service Helping develop knowledge of local community groups and overseeing the homes in putting together a programme of events and activities targeted at these groups Carrying out customer satisfaction research, and identifying areas that can be improved in the conversion process Providing regular reports and feedback to the leadership team Working closely with Operations to ensure high standards of care within the homes As a Customer Relations Manager, you will have: An impressive track record in sales & marketing, managing enquiries, and general networking Experience in the delivery of multi-site marketing activities for senior living facilities Proven delivery of targets Ideally experience using a CRM system Self-motivation, empathy, and excellent communication skills This role will involve regular travel A full UK driving licence & use of own car To apply for the role of Customer Relations Manager, press apply today!
