The Company & Team Glasscraft is an award winning manufacturer of insulated glass units. We have a wide range of glass processing capabilities serving customers all around the UK. The Role and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be based at our Leeds site (but the role could be opened up to our Wakefield or Liverpool locations for the right candidate). You will be working closely with the Marketing and Customer Services teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include: Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

Support the marketing team by following up on campaign leads and turning them into sales through proactive phone calls, using customer feedback to help grow the business. Customer Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on maximising account spend, meeting stretch targets, and increasing overall business. Quotations & CRM Management:

Respond to online quotation requests using our CRM system, generate quotes, and follow up proactively by telephone. Proactive Communication:

Maintain a high level of outbound contact and build positive relationships with clients and prospects on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role is required and industry experience would be a benefit. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with: Proven experience in sales, account management, outbound calling, and CRM systems. Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset, eager to work closely with the marketing team and other departments. This is a full time, office based role, working out of one of our three locations.
