About the role:

We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Executive (fixed term contract) for 6 months starting in February 2025.

You will be part of our International Customer Support team and ensure our International clients experience seamless, efficient payroll services across multiple countries.

As this is an international role open in multiple countries, the full benefits package depends on the specific location.

Which tasks can you expect?

Provide expert international customer support, managing cases in accordance with global SLAs/KPIs. Oversee adherence to payroll calendars and train customers on effective use of our tools. Respond to and triage customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions and escalation management. Coordinate non-recurring payroll services and tax year-end offerings for international clients. Share legislative updates with clients and maintain accurate operational procedures. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with data protection standards, and participate in client calls for smooth payroll delivery. Support transitions for new clients and manage legacy systems with high complexity.

What do you have to offer? You have built a first experience in customer support, payroll or international business operations. You are fluent in English. Any additional language is welcome. You are detail-oriented. You have a proactive approach. You are skilled in managing customer relationships across diverse teams and passionate to build long lasting relationships with international customers. You have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You have basic numerical skills.
