About the Role We’re looking for a

CRM Administrator

to take ownership of our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it supports our business goals by improving data integrity, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer engagement. In this role, you’ll manage the CRM system, optimise workflows, and provide actionable insights that empower our teams to perform at their best. Main Responsibilities CRM Management Configure, maintain, and customise the CRM to meet business needs. Implement automations such as workflows, email sequences, and audience lists. Liaise with third parties to manage feature rollouts and project timelines. Stay informed on the latest HubSpot updates and recommend improvements. Data Management Manage data imports, exports, and integrity within the CRM. Conduct regular audits and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Create dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs. Analyse CRM data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Process Optimisation and Automations Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Develop and manage automations to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Promote best practices to maximise user adoption and satisfaction. User Support Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Provide training and support to users, helping them navigate and utilise the system effectively. Maintain clear documentation of processes and best practices. What You’ll Bring Experience in

HubSpot administration

or similar CRM systems. Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. HubSpot Sales/Marketing Software Certification (advantageous but not required). The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
