We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our ever-expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional possessing experience in selling IT solutions/services to commercial organisations, along with a track record of sales achievement in the field and responsible for bringing new clients on board for our Managed IT support services.

As well as knowledge of hosting, anti-virus, hosted exchange, spam filtering and general IT networking. You will report to the regional team leader, spending most of your time meeting with prospects and building proposals for Managed IT support whilst constantly displaying traits including self-management, good organisation, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. This role is based from our Head Office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, so a full UK driving licence and car will be required for the role.

The key attributes and skills you will be able to demonstrate include:

Initiative-taking generation of own leads within your territory. Most of your business will come from your own activity. Proactive follow-up of leads generated by our marketing campaigns to supplement our own activity. Excellent customer-facing skills. Pipeline activities to develop target prospects through the provision of quotations and bid responses. Documentation and strong territory management. Attend Supplier and Vendor presentations and update the knowledge required for solutions you are selling. Provision of management information to the Line Manager. Ownership of end-to-end process around the delivery of products & services to Concorde Technology Group Customers. Increasing the scope of products and services being taken by Concorde Technology Group customers. Always ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction through professional engagement at all levels within the customer. Meeting with prospects face-to-face and on the telephone to sell our managed IT support offering and other IT product add-on and value-added services. Presenting to high-level executives. Qualifying management. Pipeline management. Generating revenue and acquiring new managed IT support clients. Meeting personal sales targets. Creating a positive impression of the Concorde Technology Group brand with prospects. Liaising with upper management, ensuring sales targets are met. Analysing the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information to Business Development Staff, Managers & Directors. Executing and managing sales strategies. Maintaining records in HubSpot CRM. Utilising Concorde Technology Group internal systems to prioritise work and maximise sales success to achieve a strategic objective, call OKIs, appointment targets, etc. Diary management and management of other administrative functions. Consulting with Professional Services to generate solutions quotes for prospects. Adherence to all Concorde Technology Group processes and procedures with reference to the ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations. Responsibilities for the role may include some of the following:

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT market and a background in selling solutions that could encompass:

Server and desktop consolidation and virtualisation Storage (SAN and NAS) and backup Managed IT Services IT Support solutions Hosted Cloud and Hosting Solutions Cyber protection solutions Security and Firewall solutions Communications Infrastructure and Hosted Telephony

To be considered for the role, you must have:

At least 2-3 years in an IT sales role (experience working for an MSP would be an advantage) Experience with selling data centre technologies and cloud services. Server, storage and end-point technologies. Experience in complex managed services sales Instinctive Sales Knowledge Excellent Relationship Skills Entrepreneurial mindset Winning Spirit
