Customer Sales Advisor Location: Edinburgh Salary: circa £45,000 (base + uncapped commission) Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 8pm, and Saturdays 9am – 5pm, on a rotational shift pattern. Benefits:

THE TEAM We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Sales Advisor to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and emails. Your primary objective will be to generate new leads, promote our products and services, and convert prospects into long-term customers. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Engaging with our customers in exciting conversations about our ultra-fast, ultra-capable, and ultra-reliable full fibre service Representing GoFibre as an ambassador, matching customers with the perfect package Building strong connections with customers, to reach your goals and earn rewards Offering straightforward, jargon-free support to new customers WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE A passion for sales and turning conversations into opportunities, helping customers find the right solutions Excellent communication skills to build genuine connections with diverse customers over the phone While phone sales experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with varied sales backgrounds who excel in a sales-driven environment Customer-focused, skilled at understanding needs and providing tailored solutions with excellent service Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in the fast pace of a high-performing sales team We love that everybody is different, and we believe a diverse workforce will be our strength.
