Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join my client's friendly and busy office based in Orpington. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment and possess a confident telephone manner.
Responsibilities:
Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls where you will be advising customers, dealing with enquiries, and resolving complaints.
Processing sales orders and invoices.
Developing a confident knowledge of the product and services.
Directing and informing relevant information or customers to the correct departments.
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Strong Customer Service Skills
Confident Knowledge of Computer Systems
Excellent Telephone Manner
This position is offered on a temp-perm basis, with an immediate start available.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
