Quality personnel has an exciting new opportunity for our market leading client within the Cycling industry. They are recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their team based at Knowlhill, Milton Keyes.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in managing their own workload, be confident in providing expert technical advice on products and be able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. He/she will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of achieving their goals. A working knowledge of Road and MTB bikes is essential, please don't apply if you do not have the relevant knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Processing inbound sales calls. Processing inbound sales emails. Calling customers with sales offers and new product information. Offering expert technical advice on all products. Liaising with Brand and Sales teams to ensure our customers are fully supported.
You'll enjoy dealing directly with customers and have proven experience of this. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English are essential for this role) and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
