Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Who you are: You're a proactive, customer-focused individual with: Previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with PCs and software packages.
