My client, a leading Financial Services company based in Bromley, is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate, customer-centric team. This role is to provide administrative support from initial customer contact through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
Taking customer calls, assessing enquiries, and responding to requests. Responding to customer correspondence by letter and email. Liaising with customers, third parties, and internal departments. Processing all applications on the system in line with procedures. Working as a team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
Essential Skills & Experience
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with computer programs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well within a team.
Package
£21,000 - £23,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Bonus scheme. Hybrid working.
