About The Job: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include purchasing, preparing, and submitting quotes, as well as negotiating the best price with suppliers. The ability to maintain and submit reports accurately is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities: Form excellent relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met Take ownership of your clients and provide personalised support Utilise your strong knowledge of systems, including MS Office and Excel Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
