Job Overview

Our client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service/Administrator. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for their customers, providing exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of their operations. Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating where necessary. Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction. Manage customer accounts, including updating records and processing requests. Provide product or service information and advice to customers as needed. Administrative Tasks

Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping duties. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Assist with maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems. Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently. Liaise with the warehouse for general stock enquiries. Team Support

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes. Provide administrative support to management and other team members. Skills and Qualifications

Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Experience with CRM or ERP systems Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. Personal Attributes
