Maidstone Salary:

£22,000 Key Responsibilities: Input, update, and maintain customer information in company systems. Provide professional assistance via phone, email, or live chat, resolving inquiries effectively. Prepare documents, and ensure compliance with company standards. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to policies. Review work for accuracy and ensure error-free reporting and documentation. Maintain organised records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion. Identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to improve service and administrative workflows.
