Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Services Administrator is to support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service. Salary:

£25,525 per annum Working hours:

14-day rotation, working 06.00-18.00 Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday to Sunday (Rest days: Wednesday and Thursday) Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (Rest days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday to Sunday) Key Duties of a Customer Services Administrator:

Answering calls for both internal and external personnel. Problem-solving for client, customer, and internal departments. Meeting customer and client expectations. Resolving customer and client queries. Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting. Maintain a high level of customer/client focus. Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner. Check PODs have cleared on the system, investigate and clear down unallocated PODs. Chase outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc. Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders. Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager. Qualifications

Previous experience is desirable not essential; however, full training will be given. Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good geographical knowledge. Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude. Additional Information
