Due to exciting growth plans for 2025, our highly successful client near Cosham is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience is delivered for all. You will handle enquiries, process admin and system access requests, and provide support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience in customer service. Understanding of dealing empathetically with customers. Positive, diligent, and determined mindset with a drive to succeed and develop. Experience within a high-volume, results-focused customer service environment. Experience operating within a regulated industry.

What you'll be doing: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner. Process customer information efficiently. Maintain and update customer records accurately. Work with internal teams to resolve and escalate customer issues. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required. Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, and office support.

Skills Required: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
