Customer Service Administrator

Your new role As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

Providing high-quality care to our customers and a first-class administration service to our customer service team.

Answering calls politely and professionally.

Meeting our customers’ needs.

Building strong working relationships with the clients and contractors who call us.

Handling complaints, distributing post, looking after filing, and managing meeting room bookings.

Creating letters, emails, reports, and spreadsheets.

About you

You’ll need lots of previous administration experience in a similar environment, along with exceptional attention to detail and a friendly and professional approach to taking calls. Strong communication skills are just as important, and you’ll be comfortable using MS Office software while also learning to use a range of other IT systems.
