Responsibilities – Receiving and making calls to clients to take orders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with suppliers and customers – Sending client emails – Packing orders and stock replenishment – Performing data entry tasks accurately to update inventory records – Upselling products when interacting with customers
Requirements
– Customer service experience in any industry required – Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential – Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team – Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
Payrate: £12
