Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a thriving manufacturing business based in Runcorn, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

About the Company: Our client specialises in manufacturing and packing tablets and hard-shell capsules for the nutritional industry. With an impressive turnover of approximately £65m and a workforce of around 350 employees, the company is well-established and has ambitious plans for future growth.

The Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department and acting as a key link between Sales Managers and customers. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and processing quotations, orders, and pro-formas using Nav. Assisting with customer queries and liaising with the appropriate teams to resolve them. Providing occasional cover for reception, including welcoming visitors. Participating in daily and weekly update meetings. Raising invoices and credit notes. Maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers. Offering switchboard call support to the department when required.

This is a varied role that offers a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a sales administration or customer service role (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication skills for working with both internal teams and external contacts. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Great attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. A professional and courteous telephone manner. A flexible and adaptable approach, able to ‘think on your feet’ in a dynamic environment.

Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:45am–5pm (30 minutes for lunch). * Friday: 8:45am–3:45pm (30 minutes for lunch).

Salary and Benefits: * £23K–£25K per annum, depending on experience. * Defined contribution company pension scheme. * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with length of service). * Life assurance (3x base salary). * Discretionary bonus (up to 8%). * Cycle to Work Scheme. * Free on-site parking.
