Swinton. £24k – £26k doeDue to company growth and their ongoing success, this firm is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them in their modern and spacious offices in Swinton. Duties will include; Taking inbound calls from customers and listening to their requirementsProviding detailed and bespoke quotes and processing orders onto the systemLiaising with the design and installation teams to arrange delivery and fittingBeing the point of contact for the customer from start to end – answering any queries regarding missing or late deliveries To be successful, you will need to have a strong background in customer services, ideally within quoting and order processing.
