Your duties and responsibilities:
Answering all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely manner Setting up new and amending old policies when required Data input on internal CRM system Liaise with different departments when needed in a professional manner Following the complaints procedure and dealing with customers accordingly whilst providing excellent customer service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent Customer Service skills Great communication skills both verbal and written The ability to display empathy and patience High level of attention to detail and organisation skills IT Literate - Outlook, Excel and Word
