Customer Service Advisor Connells Group have a great opportunity for a customer service professional to join their busy client accounts team in Moreton, Merseyside. Our Client Account Coordinators provide support services to all Lettings Branches, Landlords and Tenants. Their aim is to provide a service which surpasses all customer expectations.You will be responsible for: Handle queries coming into the department via phone and email from landlords/tenants/branches in a timely and professional mannerMaximise the collection of rental payment through communicating with the debtor via telephone, e-mail and SMS, negotiate payment arrangements, monitor aged debt and ensuring accurate records are maintainedLoad/check property, landlord & tenant details onto client accounts computer system and ensure all charges for fees are correctly raisedProcess renewals, terminations of tenancies and return of depositsEnsure all funds received are identified and allocated correctlyProcess rents received and remit to landlord daily by Faster Payments & ChequeProduce statements to landlords detailing transactions on accountProcess requests from landlord/ tenant/branch/LSCAd hoc duties as required by line manager Your experience and skills will include: Excellent communication and customer service skills with the confidence to deal with challenging queries via telephone calls and e-mailExcellent PC and related technology skillsExcellent writing skillsGood analytical abilityAbility to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlinesFlexible approach to workingBasic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary About Connells GroupConnells Group is one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.
