• Processing incoming orders, including through our new Ecommerce platform.
• Track orders and liaise with internal teams from quote through to delivery.
• Provide technical support to ensure the right products reach the right customers.
• Work with transport and operations to coordinate smooth, on-time deliveries.

Skills and requirements

• Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
