We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join our growing manufacturing / production client, based in just south of Telford. The Administrator will work alongside the Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for consumers. They are looking for an ambitious, organised individual who understands the importance of delivering the highest standard of customer service to grow a business with a proactive and positive attitude. Due to the remote location of the business, you are likely to need your own transportation as public transport is not likely to be an option. Duties will include, but won’t be limited to: Handling customer enquiries in a polite and timely manner via email or phone. This might include queries relating to placing orders on the website, delivery issues, order updates and aftersales etc. Ensuring all sales orders are processed onto the internal systems swiftly and accurately. Dealing with email and phone queries from couriers and transport agencies relating to outbound deliveries and also booking in inbound deliveries on to the system. Carrying out daily operations including customer order processing, customer liaison from order to delivery, tracking orders via pallet networks, account monitoring and administrative duties as required. Encouraging customers to use E-commerce site through phone calls and email marketing. This will include explaining how to use the online ordering site and giving guidance on how to use. Processing documentation, updating the system accordingly. General duties as required by the needs of the business. Skills and Experience Strong customer service and excellent communication skills. Experience using Ms Excel, Word, Outlook and be able to learn in house systems quickly. Excellent team player who can get stuck into a small team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who is highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and opportunity. Be able to work under pressure. Ability to prioritise workload and multitask. Relevant experience is preferred however full training will be provided. Due to remote location, it is likely that you are going to need your own transport to get to the site.
