Customer Service and Office Manager My client is a small med-tech scale-up based just outside of Oxford. They are expanding and are seeking a Customer Service and Office Manager to join their team As Customer Service and Office Manager, you will be following up with customers, confirming their orders are correct, taking inbound calls and emails and ensuring the daily running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to report directly into the CEO of an expanding company and to make a real difference on their day-to-day running. Own transport required – no public transport next to the office. 9-5 role – full-time in the office Mon-Fri £35k-£45k D.O.E. Customer Services & Office Manager Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales or an office manager position – able to readily handle incoming customer queries. Some experience with Mailchimp or posting on social media (for work purposes) would be a plus. Ability to get stuck in and do extra tasks as required – typical of a start-up environment.
