About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join My North Cambridge dynamic team for an initial fixed-term position of three months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their customer service operations while supporting various administrative tasks within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Interdepartmental Support: Act as a runner between departments, keeping files and dates updated.
- Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, confident attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
