About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join My North Cambridge dynamic team for an initial fixed-term position of three months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their customer service operations while supporting various administrative tasks within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Act as a runner between departments, keeping files and dates updated.
  • Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with general office administration tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, confident attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
