The Role As a Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver, your role will include: Picking, preparing, and delivering home delivery orders. Providing excellent customer service. Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised. Complying with all company policies and processes. Ensuring the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets. Completing cash preparation as per company procedures. The Person The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence. The ability to pick, prepare, load the van, and deliver orders across all times of the day from 6am till 10pm. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
