Aesop seeks a dedicated

French speaking Customer Service Consultant

who is available full time, working 5 days per week including weekends, to join our Customer Service team based in London for a hybrid working, permanent contract. In this position, you will be responsible for consulting and supporting customers through Aesop's online customer service channels, including phone, live-chat, messaging services and video consultations. You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to maximising sales and financial growth whilst providing and upholding a flawless and consistent customer experience across our growing channels. Please kindly note visa sponsorship is not available. To be successful, you will have:

Passion for supporting, connecting and communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service Excellent written skills Strong communication skills - French fluency required and additional languages desirable Ability to adapt the Aesop experience to the online environment and agility to learn A strong ability to make considered and efficient decisions Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise A strong understanding of how systems can be used to improve efficiencies and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Experience with case management systems (preferred but not essential) Strong sense of initiative Respect for Aesop and the rich manner in which the brand conveys its products, people and design Experience in
