Your Mission:
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the heart of sales operations, ensuring customers have a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll build strong relationships, process orders efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Your Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial contact all the way through to order fulfilment and post-sale support.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Receive and process customer orders, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide quotations for new and existing customer accounts, negotiating prices when necessary.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included to meet detailed customer specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to confirm order details, resolve any issues and provide order updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping departments and internal sales from other branches to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Your Experience:
- We are looking for a friendly and confident individual with experience in order processing, account management, or a similar field.
- The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, finding solutions to any challenges that arise.
- You have a talent for transforming difficult conversations into positive outcomes.
- You ensure everything runs seamlessly, even during busy times, effortlessly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial for building solid relationships with both customers and team members.
- Please be aware that, due to the responsibilities of the role, GCSE passes in Mathematics and English are required.
Additional Information:
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 and 9.00am to 5.00pm
