Key Responsibilities Lead daily team huddles to prioritise tasks, set goals, and align team efforts. Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and prompt responses to client needs. Manage customer enquiries via Freshdesk , ensuring efficient ticket resolution and high service standards. Collaborate across departments, such as sales and operations, to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences. Utilise tools like HubSpot (CRM) and VoIP systems to streamline communication and improve team performance. Act as a hands-on leader, supporting and empowering the team while driving continuous improvement. Requirements What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a customer success or leadership role , ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in team coordination, delegation, and communication. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as Freshdesk or HubSpot is highly desirable. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Willingness to pick up the phone is essential. Benefits Location & Flexibility Based on-site in Chesterfield , with the possibility of hybrid working after an initial period. Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with early finishes every other Friday. Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
