Customer Service Coordinator - Cross Trades Full time, Permanent We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Cross Trades department. This role is a great chance to be a part of a specialist section of the business dealing with cargo travelling everywhere but the UK. You’ll get the opportunity to learn,

develop and put your stamp on our excellent customer service to ensure the customer has the smoothest experience shipping with MSC. Skills and experience we’re looking for We would like you to bring passion for providing excellent customer service as well as a level of drive and determination to work with the Cross Trades team to provide solutions and effectively time manage your own workload in line with our high level of

customer expectations. We encourage curiosity, autonomy, and feedback on how we can work better for our customers and ourselves against the needs of the business and industry demands. What you can expect from the role In this role, you’ll be providing effective communication to our customers and other MSC agencies around the world at all times and learning what happens to ensure our customers get their cargo on the water. You will analyse the shipping documentation from

other agencies and ensure it is communicated to the customer in a time efficient manner while ensuring charges and information are input correctly. You’ll be the main point of contact between other MSC agencies and our customers shipping within the Cross Trades
