Job brief We are looking for a competitive

Customer Service Executive

who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The right candidate will act as the key link between our company and key stakeholders, and you will aim at meeting sales targets. As a customer service / sales executive, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products within the UK & EU market and maximize sales growth for OTC’s, cosmetics, toiletries and home goods. Responsibilities Assess client’s needs and present suitable promoted products. Quoting customers and ensuring that their enquiries and concerns are dealt with. This involves approaching wholesalers to obtain the most competitive prices. Dealing with new orders and purchasing stock from the most relevant/competitive suppliers. Ensuring stock is “booked” onto our new system. Handling the logistical requirements for clients by liaisingwith freight forwarders as per their instructions. Working to develop the business by sourcing new potential clients and suppliers. Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions. Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message. Build positive trust relationships with suppliers and customers to influence the targeted groups in the decision-making process. Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback. Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with the latest market demands. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in a similar field Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and the latest market offerings Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales. Strong organisational and time management skills
