Answering queries from customers Set up new clients using the established agency onboarding process. Providing agency support to existing clients - helping with quotes, questions, applications. Using LiveChat system to respond to enquiries online Responding to queries submitted via email To assist with training, mentoring and support of new staff as required. To problem solve and mediate when required. To work with other departments and team members as required to provide excellent and efficient service to customers. Experience & Skill Requirement:
Passion for championing excellent customer service. Understand how to implement processes and procedures. Have a desire to learn new skills and challenge the 'status quo' to develop personal and achieve business objectives. Take an active role in supporting and maintaining the company values and culture. Able to deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of managing relationships - internal and external at all levels within business. Have good PR/interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and reporting skills, problem analysis, and listening ability. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
