The company is a well-known supplier for Luxury Hotels and Spas across the globe and they are therefore seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Advisor with exceptional communication skills to join their team in Maidenhead. Job Duties:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries. Process orders, and communicate order progress to customers. Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies. Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Other duties as requested. Knowledge and Skills:
Proven Multi-tasking Abilities. Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills. Experience working in a B2B environment. Order processing experience. Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office. Beneficial:
