What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Executive: Salary of up to £30,000 per annum Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00) Permanent contract Free Breakfast on Site, Company Team Events, Friendly Environment, Holiday 20 days + bank holidays & Pension, Competitive Pension Contribution, BBQs, Birthday Off The Role - Customer Service Executive: Responsible for managing customer service on inbound telephone enquiries as well as email and webchat Responding to customer email and telephone requests Confirming prices and processing new orders Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives Assist customers with their invoice enquiries Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive: Previous experience working in a customer service driven role -
